R&L Culture is headquartered in Ottawa, the capital of Canada. Since its establishment in early 2019, it has provided high-quality K-12 online foreign teaching and supporting courses for more than 500 Chinese families in North America, China, Japan, Thailand, New Zealand and other countries and regions.
